ASdrawn reads an engineering drawing, balloons its characteristics, and produces an AS9102 Rev C first article inspection review workbook with an annotated PDF. It is one tool that does one job — turning a drawing into the FAIR paperwork — and it is built to do that job well.

Why it exists

First article inspection paperwork is hours of manual work per drawing. Someone reads every callout on the print, numbers it, drops a balloon, and transcribes the dimension, tolerance, and note into a spreadsheet — by hand, one characteristic at a time, before any real inspection judgment happens. It is slow, it is easy to miss a callout, and it is the same tedious work on every new drawing.

ASdrawn exists to take that transcription off a quality engineer’s desk. The AI drafts the ballooned workbook; the engineer spends their time on the judgment calls instead of the data entry. From drawing to FAIR, in minutes rather than days.

Who builds it

We are Xponential Automation, based in Victoria, Australia. We build ASdrawn ourselves and talk to the people who use it directly — when you email us, you reach someone who works on the product, not a queue. We are a small team, and we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.

What we know cold

AS9102 Rev C first article inspection. ASdrawn produces FAIR review workbooks in the Rev C Form 1 / 2 / 3 layout, with every workbook row traceable to a balloon and every balloon traceable to its callout on the drawing. The whole product is designed around the way characteristic accountability actually has to survive an audit — because that is the standard the people who use it are held to.
