Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Xponential Automation(“we”, “us”) governing your use of ASdrawn. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are using ASdrawn on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. The service

ASdrawn analyses engineering drawings with AI to extract characteristics, balloon drawings, and produce AS9102 Rev C first article inspection review workbooks. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Your content

• You retain all rights to the drawings and documents you process with ASdrawn.
• You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service: to transmit and process your drawings transiently for analysis, and to store the analysis results in your account. How drawings are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having the rights to process the drawings you upload, including any obligations you carry under export control or confidentiality agreements.

3. AI output and your professional responsibility

This clause matters more than any other. ASdrawn uses AI vision models, and AI output can be incomplete or wrong — a missed characteristic, a misread tolerance, an incorrect classification.

• ASdrawn assists inspection planning and FAIR preparation; it does not replace review by a qualified person.
• You are responsible for verifying every output against the source drawing before it is used in any inspection, certification, or delivery decision.
• ASdrawn is not a certified measurement device and its output is not itself evidence of conformance.

4. Acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• No unlawful content, and no processing of drawings you have no right to process.
• No attempts to probe, overload, or disrupt the service, extract its prompts or models, or access another customer’s data.
• No reselling or white-labelling the service without our written agreement.

5. Billing

• Paid plans and usage credits are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy and may change with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively.
• Credits consumed by completed analyses are not refundable, except where an analysis failed due to a fault in the service or where the law requires otherwise.

6. Availability

We work to keep ASdrawn reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention, and will give notice of planned disruption where practical.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that: the service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss arising from decisions made on unverified AI output, per clause 3); and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On closure, clause 2 licences end and our retention rules govern remaining data.

9. Free reference tools and template

ASdrawn publishes free reference calculators, data tables, and the AS9102 Rev C template for general engineering information only. They are not engineering, inspection, or legal advice, and using them creates no professional or advisory relationship.

• Each value is computed from, or summarises, a published standard, but the governing standard text — at the revision that controls your drawing or contract — remains authoritative. Verify any figure against that controlling standard revision before you rely on it for production, inspection, or certification.
• The tools and template are provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You may use the tools and download the template for your own engineering work. You may not systematically scrape, bulk-extract, or republish the reference data or template to build, seed, or train a competing dataset, model, or service.
• As with clause 7, nothing here excludes the consumer guarantees or other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If we change them materially we will update the date above and notify active customers. Questions: admin@xponentialautomation.com.
