What does a credit actually buy?

ASdrawn is credit-based, and the price is out in the open: US$70A$105/month for Individual and US$100A$150/month for Team, each including 10,000 credits, with up to 100 users on Team.

Credits are spent on the AI work a drawing actually needs: more pages and denser callouts cost more, a clean single-page print costs less. So you pay for the drawing in front of you, not a flat seat. Top-up credits last 12 months from purchase, and you can spend them while you have an active subscription.

These are estimates. Your account shows exact credit usage per run, so you always see what a drawing cost after it’s processed.

Why this is unusual

Across FAIR and drawing-ballooning tools, pricing is almost always gated behind a demo booking and a sales call: you can’t see a number until someone has qualified you. We think that’s backwards. ASdrawn’s pricing is published on this page, self-serve, and the same for everyone: sign up and start.

01Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The live demo is the trial: try the editor on a real run, with no account. Nothing you do is saved; data exports need an account. No card either. The files this run exports are on the FAIR package page. Sign up when you want to run your own drawings.

02What happens when my credits run out?
Buy a top-up pack any time — US$20A$30 for 2,500 credits, US$50A$75 for 7,000 credits, US$100A$150 for 15,000 credits. Top-up credits stack on your balance. Top-up credits last 12 months from purchase, and you can spend them while you have an active subscription.
03Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No — subscription credits don't roll over. Each billing cycle adds 10,000 fresh credits, and whatever is left of the previous cycle's allowance expires when it renews. Top-up credits are different: they stack on your balance and carry across cycles. Top-up credits last 12 months from purchase, and you can spend them while you have an active subscription.
04Is my drawing data safe?
Your drawings are processed in memory during analysis; they are not stored by us or used to train models, and only the extracted results are saved to your account. Manuals you add to Knowledge are stored so answers can open the page they quote. A drawing or screenshot you attach to a support ticket is deleted 7 days after the ticket is resolved, and is never kept more than 30 days after upload, whatever the ticket's status. 05Can I upload export-controlled drawings?
No. Do not upload controlled technical data: anything subject to the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); anything controlled under the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) other than EAR99; anything on Australia's Defence and Strategic Goods List (DSGL); Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); drawings whose distribution statement limits them to government or defence recipients. ASdrawn is not built or certified for controlled data. It has no FedRAMP authorisation or CMMC certification, it is not registered under ITAR, and its staff are not limited to US persons. The app asks you to confirm this on every upload path: drawings, manuals, control-screen photos and support attachments. If you are not sure whether a file is controlled, do not upload it. We cannot accept controlled files under any arrangement.

06What if the AI misses a characteristic?
That is what the review step is for. ASdrawn drafts the workbook; your quality engineer reviews every row in the editor before export, where each extracted characteristic sits beside its source callout on the drawing. The AI assists the review; it does not replace it, and a qualified person signs the FAIR.
07Can I cancel any time?
Yes — plans are month-to-month with no annual lock-in. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing: you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you aren't charged again after that. Nothing in our terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
08How many people can share a Team plan?
Up to 100 users on one shared workspace, for US$100A$150/month. Everyone draws from the same 10,000-credit monthly pool, so you pay for drawings processed, not for seats.
