Processing a drawing spends credits scaled to its page count and density; a typical drawing runs about 30–60 credits, so a monthly plan covers roughly 150–300 drawings. Top-up packs stack and stay valid for a year. No demo call, no quote — sign up and start.

What does a credit actually buy?
Pricing is deliberately granular so you pay for the drawing in front of you, not a flat seat. Credits are spent on the AI work a drawing actually needs: more pages and denser callouts cost more, a clean single-page print costs less.

Across FAIR and drawing-ballooning tools, pricing is almost always gated behind a demo booking and a sales call — you can’t see a number until someone has qualified you. We think that’s backwards. ASdrawn’s pricing is published on this page, self-serve, and the same for everyone: sign up and start the same day.

Straight answers before you sign up.
What happens when my credits run out?
Buy a top-up pack any time — $20 for 2,500 credits, $50 for 7,000 credits, $100 for 15,000 credits. Top-up credits stack on your balance and stay valid for a full year, so you can pre-buy headroom and draw it down whenever a busy month arrives.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No — subscription credits don't roll over. Each billing cycle adds 10,000 fresh credits, and whatever is left of the previous cycle's allowance expires when it renews. Top-up credits are different: anything you buy stacks on your balance and stays valid for a full year, so top-up packs are the way to bank credits that carry forward.
Is my drawing data safe?
Yes. Your drawings are processed transiently during analysis and are never stored on our servers or used to train models — only the extracted results are saved to your account. The full handling, retention, and deletion rules are spelled out in our privacy policy.
What if the AI misses a characteristic?
That is what the review step is for. ASdrawn drafts the workbook; your quality engineer reviews it in the editor, where every extracted characteristic sits beside its source callout on the drawing. Nothing is signed off until a qualified person has verified it — the AI assists the review, it does not replace it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — plans are month-to-month with no annual lock-in. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing: you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you aren't charged again after that. Payments already made aren't refunded.
How many people can share a Team plan?
Up to 100 users on one shared workspace, for $100/month. Everyone draws from the same 10,000-credit monthly pool, so you pay for drawings processed, not for seats.
